- Misaligned frames
- Fading or peeling coating
- Loose or Missing Screws
These conditions are considered defects and qualify for a replacement under our return and replacement policy. If you encounter any of these issues, please follow our replacement procedure to receive a new product.
2.2 Return and Adjustment Policy for Misaligned Frames
We accept returns for adjustment if the sunglasses have an unaligned shape when wearing. Misaligned frames can include:
- Uneven Lens Height: One lens sits higher or lower than the other when worn.
2.2 Mid-Range Items
Items classified as mid-range may have tiny, not visible scratches. These minor imperfections are normal due to the manufacturing process and are factored into the lower cost of these items. Therefore, replacements will not be accepted for issues related to these minor imperfections.
3. Reporting a Defective Product
3.1 Time Frame: If you believe you have received a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hour of receiving your order.
3.2 How to Report: To report a defective product, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the defective item.
4. Return Process for Defective Products
4.1 Return Authorization: Upon receiving your report, we will review the information and, if the product is deemed defective, we will issue a return authorization.
